How do I create a new team?

You can create multiple teams on PhasePlay.io. Only Admin users can create a new team by following these easy steps:

Go to the Home Page where you will see all the teams you are currently linked to

Click the button at the bottom right of your screen

Select Create a New Team

Enter your Team Details and follow the remaining steps to complete the process

Add new users by sending out your team invite link

Once your new team is created, you will have access to it via the Home Page

How do I invite new members?

Only Admin users can invite new members.

On your Home Page, select the team you want new members to join

On the bottom navigation, click on the Team Management icon in the middle

Click the button at the top right of your screen

Select Invite New Member(s)

Share the team link with new members by selecting the platform of your choice

Can I have a private chat with only a few members of the team as well as a team chat?

All members can chat with anyone privately or to groups. The following groups are automatically generated when a new team is created: Team, Coaches/Staff and Athletes. To create a new group or private chat, follow these steps:

To create a New Group Chat, select the top right button on your screen

Select New Group Chat

Enter your new group name and add members to your group by tapping on each member’s name. Click on the Done button at the bottom of your screen and your new group will appear on the list. Click on the group to start a conversation

To start a New Private Chat, select the top right button on your screen.

Under Start a New Conversation, select the member and start the conversation on the Chat Page

How many people can be admins on the same team and how can I change the role of a member?

The paid subscriber automatically joins as Admin and only they can change the role type of members. To change the role of a member, follow these steps:

Go to your Team Management Page by clicking on the middle bottom navigation tab.

Select any athlete or staff member

On the User profile Page, select the new role and click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of your screen
