What counts as a team?

One squad with its own members, chat, calendar and data, such as a first team, a second team or an under-19 side.

How does the free trial work?

Sign up in the app and create your team. You get every feature for 21 days. We remind you before it ends; pay for your teams here to keep going.

Monthly or yearly?

Monthly is USD 15 per team and you can stop any month. Yearly is USD 159 per team, about 12% less than paying monthly.

Can I add teams later?

Yes, at any time, at the same price per team. Buying again adds teams to the ones you already pay for.

How much video can we store?

Each team can store 5 hours of video.

What happens if a payment fails or I cancel?

You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for, then have 14 days to renew. After that your teams are locked until you renew. Nothing is deleted.

I already pay for PhasePlay. Does my price change?

Existing accounts move to the new price per team. We will email you before anything changes, and you keep full access while you choose.
